The Commercial Council normally meets at 1 PM on the last Tuesday of every month in the Commercial Boardroom on the 1st floor of the tower. Any owner is welcome to observe the meeting. As the agenda is normally sent to the Boards directors a few days before the meeting, please send an email to the Strata Agent, Wendy McKenzie, wmckenzie@colyvanpacific.com as soon as possible before a meeting if you would like to have an item discussed. Minutes will be posted on our website, www.theelectracommercial.com ,as soon as they are available.
